Led by Head Chef Michal Kobus, this talented team are passionate about celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients in exceptional dishes, which allow the quality of the produce to shine. Michal is passionate about the food he creates, his recipes and techniques challenge expectations and drive trends. Each year new menus are created for corporate, private and Livery events. Michal blends fine traditional dishes with tantalising twists of the contemporary, his style is one of sophistication and elegance. They have recently introduced a specific vegan menu which is visually stunning and delicious in flavour.
Paul Moncrieff, the General Operational Manager onsite, has a wealth of experience that spans three decades and includes the Garden Parties at Buckingham Palace and Mansion House. Paul has perfected the art of being personal, approachable, yet entirely professional from start to finish. He is a qualified sommelier, which means you can maximise the impact of your chosen menu with your chosen wine and as a result, the food and beverage experience at the Hall is exceptional every time.
Emily Agujari, the Sales and Events Executive, is based on site at the Hall and works closely with Michal and Paul to ensure that your event experience from point of enquiry to final execution is seamless. Emily is a passionate perfectionist, her customer service skills are second to none. Emily knows only the very best suppliers in the industry so can support you in every aspect of event planning.
